Role Summary: As a Social Media Specialist , you will oversee the company’s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Your role will include managing social media accounts, creating high-quality content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand’s business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written, and audio/podcast).
  • Monitor, listen, and respond promptly to users across platforms, ensuring positive customer experiences.
  • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies to maximize results and continually evolve the approach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to integrate and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and refine future strategies.
  • Stay current with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously drive innovation and creativity.
  • Manage social media ad campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, testing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Act as a brand advocate, maintaining a consistent voice and persona on social channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating content tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong creative skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including paid ads, influencer collaborations, and community management.

Desired Skills:

  • Graphic design and video editing experience (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and ROI.
  • Proven track record of growing audience engagement and brand visibility.
