      Role Summary:

        As a Social Media Specialist, you will oversee the company’s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms.
        Your role will include managing social media accounts, creating high-quality content, analyzing usage data,
        facilitating customer service, and managing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve marketing goals.

        Key Responsibilities:

  •         Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand’s business goals.
  •         Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written, and audio/podcast).
  •         Monitor, listen, and respond promptly to users across platforms, ensuring positive customer experiences.
  •         Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies to maximize results and evolve the approach.
  •         Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  •         Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign success and refine future strategies.
  •         Stay current with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
  •         Manage social media ad campaigns – budgeting, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  •         Act as a brand advocate with a consistent voice and persona.

        Qualifications:

  •         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  •         Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management (agency or brand side).
  •         Expertise in Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
  •         Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
  •         Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  •         Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  •         Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
  •         Familiarity with digital strategies – ads, influencers, community engagement.

        Desired Skills:

  •         Graphic design and video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  •         Understanding of SEO and content optimization.
  •         Knowledge of performance metrics and ROI tracking.
  •         Proven success in increasing audience engagement and brand reach.
